Goals
- Review "Math Skills" summer assignment in preparation for your test on August 25th.
- Determine the density of various objects/substances and report results to the correct number of significant digits including error analysis.
Agenda
- Practice Lab (9:15 - 9:30)
- Obtain a pair of goggles and put your name on them using the tape and sharpie provided.
- Listen for instructions about the lab at the bell.
- Pair up with ONE other person at your table (see me for permission to work in a group of three).
- Complete data collection for the density lab.
- Data Processing - in groups (9:30 - 9:45)
- Math Skills - review of summer work (9:45 - 10:35)
- Compare and discuss your answers.Give each other specific feedback based on the details that are required. Make note of items you and your group still have trouble with. (10 mins)
- Work additional problems. Be prepared to turn them in. You may discuss in groups, but BE SURE that YOU know what you are doing. (40 mins)
- Q&A with Mrs. Hill (on-going and whole class as needed)

- Did you go to Google Classroom for your HW last night? Are you on yet???
- Complete the Today's Exit Slip. You can use the form embeded below or go to Classroom to access. It's due before you leave. Forms submitted before "Closure" are not valid. Did you complete the exit slip for yesterday???
